Week 2: Notes of Sunday Meeting
Hello and blessed Sunday to you all. Here are my notes from the various meetings I attended...
1. Community of Christ — 11:05 AM EST Meeting
Best exercise for centering the mind and opening your higher consciousness to be receptive of the Spirit...*in my experience as we did this in the meeting*
1. Recognize 5 things you see in the present moment.
2. Recognize 4 things you feel in the present moment.
3. Recognize 3 things you hear in the present moment.
4. Recognize 2 things you smeel in the present moment.
5. Recognize 1 thing you taste in the present moment.
"To talk peace is to do peace."
Jesus awakens within us new resolve. — Turn hope into reality and action.
John 20: 19-31 — Peace be unto you.
Admitting weakness and failure = humbling --> In humbleness lies strength.
Thoughts of reflection...
1. How have you struggled with doubts and uncertainty on your journey of faith?
2. Have you come to a place of trust and belief? What has the process entailed?

Are you living the life that you have come here to live?

When you really want something, it's from the Soul of the Universe. If you're answering your call, you're a revealer of truth because you are expressing the Divine.
Being open and vulnerable with another helps you to live your Divine Truth.
When you are aligned with your Truth, there is enthusiasm and presence and a feeling sense and aliveness. — LISTEN TO YOUR HEART.
Not easy! We can get in the way.
We get lost in belief of separation from God and feelings of unworthiness.
Everyone has a treasure that awaits them. We are afraid to follow them out of fears of unworthiness and doubt.
You gotta be "prayed up" to help follow your heart.
To be living your Truth/Personal Legend, it doesn't always have to be a big thing. It could be following your heart to help an old woman carry her groceries or to shovel the neighbor's snow.
The more you ignore your heart, the less it speaks to you.
Life tends to turn out what you believe it to be.
Become open to guidance and support, gain a sense of certainty, and aliveness — "Resistance defeats us."
"Ask. Listen. Act." —> "Asking is an intention formed as a question."
"When we present the Beloved /God with a container (= intention), He is more than willing to fulfill."
"Listen with expectancy" —> I would say faith.
When your heart lights up, you have to act and ACT QUICK.
When we act, we are planting a seed and allowing it to come into fruition.

3. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints — 01:30 PM meeting
We are not just at Church for ourselves but for other people. Sometimes our comments or actions will be answers to someone's prayer.
