Define Goals and Motivation

Chapter 2 of "To-Do List Mastery" is about Defining Goals and Motivation.

The Steps:

  1. 1. Define Goals and motivation for any project. What do you want to ultimately accomplish for this project? This could be a life project, like improving your organization, or a school project, like getting an A on the assignment.

  1. 2. Create a SMART goal. Here is an infograph to explain the process if you don't know.

3. Decide what’s holding you back. Make a list of your distractions. This could be TV, your phone, Netflix, your cousins and siblings, music, etc. Make a plan to get around them.

4. Determine the best time of day for you to complete your work instead of when everyone else does. Arrange difficult tasks by time of day. For me, the best time is the morning and late night to do my easier work, while I'm still waking up or heading to bed. I do the most difficult work during my study hall in school or right after school when I'm home.

I hope this helps anyone out there organize their life! Always strive to be super!
