Quarantine Message of Peace

Updated: Mar 9, 2021

Belmont Bay, Woodbridge, VA

I feel so at peace in the morning whilst listening to the birds and watching the sun rise. It fills my soul in a way I didn't know it needed. It is Divine. It is true that when all is still, you can truly feel the Spirit of the Lord filling your heart, mind, and soul.

It reminds me with assurance that when I pray to the Lord for guidance, I will be fulfilled with what I need according to how He sees fit. I'm blessed to have that knowledge.

"Ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." — Doctrine & Covenants 4:7

I know that in times of uncertainty, it can be hard to know where to look or who to turn to. However, for me, in times of trials and tribulations, the absolute source of peace and guidance is "clear as the moon, and fair as the sun. [Doctrine and Covenants 5: 14]"

For me, I know I can just turn to Heavenly Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ, for guidance and expect to receive nothing but love and peace and assurance that all will be well. I hope that my assurance can also bring peace to some of you who don't know where to turn to. Not only that, but God has provided us with wonderful people in our life called family and friends who are priceless beyond measure — whether we are physically with them or not. This is the time to strengthen dwindling relations with parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, old friends, etc. This is the time to address falling-outs and to assess where you are and where you truly want to be in the grand scheme of things. Where do you want to improve? What do you want to improve in? Who do you want to invite on this journey with you on self-improvement? Whatever you have in mind, go for it! Now is the time to sit back and appreciate all we have taken for granted; let's not do that again.

I hope you found my post insightful and/or calming or anything else. Please comment below by signing up if you want to tell me anything, or you can go to my "About Me" page if you would like to chat during quarantine or any other reason.

I Love You All!
